Silicagen Coating is a new material liquid agent that forms a glass thin film in a 3-dimensional direction through a chemical bonding reaction with the target substance/substrate (the material the customer wishes to coat).
Since the glass thin film is formed by impregnation rather than lamination, the texture and feel of the original substrate can be maintained.
We develop a unique customized liquid agent (custom-made product) for each customer that matches the physical properties of their substrate and their requirements definition.
Therefore, we do not handle samples (general-purpose products).
Although it is fee-based, we adopt a business flow where we conduct preliminary experiments. We receive the substrate and requirements definition from the customer, newly develop a unique customized liquid agent (custom-made product) for each customer, apply it to the substrate, and return it to the customer.
